Our Review

The Avenue Hotel is housed in several inter-linked historical buildings, one of which used to be the warehouse of the Dutch East India Company. The lobby is long and narrow with limited seating and leads to a cosy bar, which is only open in the late afternoon and evenings. The 79 small guestrooms are decorated in a bright, cheerful contemporary style employing soothing shades of either pink or apple green.

This hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of Amsterdam. It is situated close to the Central Station and has easy access to the main shopping street 'De Kalverstraat'. Well-known attractions like the Anne Frank house, the bustling Dam square and Holland’s most famous shopping mall, Magna Plaza, lie within walking distance.

     in a nice area for getting arlound by trams, buses and water buses...             It is central ...             the hotel is very well located ...             less than 5 mins walk from Central Station....             Good enough location...             Plenty of nearby restaurants...             hotel is located just down the street from central station...             great location...
